Minor in Commercial Songwriting

The Commercial Songwriting concentration or minor, open to all students across the campus, provides aspiring singer/songwriters with the basic musical tools and technical knowledge necessary to bring their creativity to full expression and improve their ability to communicate effectively. The course of study encourages student collaboration and critique of creative works and provides multiple opportunities for public presentation of student self-expression. The following courses are required:
